Indictments were handed down by the Warren County grand jury during its June session.Included in indictments:• Aysha Johnson and Phillip Mooneyham were indicted on the charge of aggravated cruelty to animals. They are charged for neglecting a dog which was tied up behind their home.• Jackie Lowery and Wesley Molloy were indicted on charges of aggravated robbery and theft. They are charged for participating in a knife-point robbery in the Dark Hollow area.• Norval L. Judkins Jr., was indicted on charges of introduction of drugs into the jail, possession or casual exchange of marijuana, and manufacture or sale of drugs.• Jerald R. Jones III, Jason Patrick, Eric Rogers and Lillian Ward were indicted on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Phillip Walters was indicted on the charge of aggravated assault.• Richard Borum was indicted on charges of vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, second-offense driving on a revoked license, fourth-offense DUI, violation of implied consent, and driving without registration or insurance or seatbelt.
