Indictments were handed down by the Warren County grand jury during its June session.
Included in indictments:
• Aysha Johnson and Phillip Mooneyham were indicted on the charge of aggravated cruelty to animals. They are charged for neglecting a dog which was tied up behind their home.
• Jackie Lowery and Wesley Molloy were indicted on charges of aggravated robbery and theft. They are charged for participating in a knife-point robbery in the Dark Hollow area.
• Norval L. Judkins Jr., was indicted on charges of introduction of drugs into the jail, possession or casual exchange of marijuana, and manufacture or sale of drugs.
• Jerald R. Jones III, Jason Patrick, Eric Rogers and Lillian Ward were indicted on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Phillip Walters was indicted on the charge of aggravated assault.
• Richard Borum was indicted on charges of vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, second-offense driving on a revoked license, fourth-offense DUI, violation of implied consent, and driving without registration or insurance or seatbelt. He is charged for a drunk driving incident which left his passenger critically injured.
• Lucas Hedgecoth and Jamie Seamons were indicted on charges of felony theft, forgery, burglary, auto burglary and misdemeanor theft.
• Davis Cantrell was indicted on eight counts of felony theft and forgery.
• Jennifer Bouldin was indicted on charges of introduction of drugs and introduction of weapons. She is charged for having drugs and scissors on her person when she was booked at jail.
• Chad Russell was indicted on the charge of forgery.
• Clarence Thrower was indicted on the charge of DUI.
• Robert Thomas was indicted on the charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.
• David Flanagan was indicted on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth and possession of drugs.
• Mario Gregory was indicted on charges of 10th-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.
• Ronald Derossett was indicted on charges of third-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.
• Cezar Gutierrez was indicted on the charge of driving on an expired license.
• Shelia Nolan was indicted on the charge of second-offense DUI.
• Destanny Golden was given a no-true bill, meaning she was not indicted, on her various charges.
