The man who slammed into a deputy during a chase near Viola was among those indicted by the December session of the Warren County grand jury.Included in grand jury indictments:• Steffen M. Brady was indicted on charges of evading arrest, DUI, aggravated assault, vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, vandalism and reckless driving. He is charged for crashing into a deputy during a high-speed chase near Viola. The deputy was injured when his SUV crashed and overturned.• Shana and Steven Smiley were indicted on charges of manufacture of marijuana, initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of drugs, and possession of a weapon by a felon during a felony.
