General Sessions: Trial Court

A 16-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.
Included on the Tuesday afternoon docket:
• Jeremiah King was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.
• Rebecca D. King was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.
• Michael Jones was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.
• Lois McCormick was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. She had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Brandon Kester was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for attempted burglary and theft.
• Kendrick Burton was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $150 plus costs, and undergo anger management classes for assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Joyce Hundgens must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Joshua Griffith was fined $50 plus costs for public intoxication. He must serve five days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Logan Fuqua had his probation extended by a year and must perform 64 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
