A 16-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included on the Tuesday afternoon docket:• Jeremiah King was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Rebecca D. King was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Michael Jones was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.• Lois McCormick was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. She had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Brandon Kester was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for attempted burglary and theft.• Kendrick Burton was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $150 plus costs, and undergo anger management classes for assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Joyce Hundgens must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Joshua Griffith was fined $50 plus costs for public intoxication. He must serve five days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Logan Fuqua had his probation extended by a year and must perform 64 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
