A 24-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Andrew Langford was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.• Kenneth Franklin waived his right to preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and running a stop sign.• Reeve A. Brady was bound to the grand jury on the charge of indecent exposure.• Shaylas Bruce waived preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on the charge of promoting the manufacture of meth.• Teddy Horn Jr., was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Carlton K. Thrower was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana. His probation was increased by a half-year for violation of probation.• Forrest Watson was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Angela M. Haston was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, perform 25 hours public service work and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Alexas Officer was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated burglary and theft.• Justin Morris was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.• Tiffany D. Landers was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $2,000 for theft.• Jason R. Glenn was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must undergo anger management for domestic assault.• Benito G. Castorene was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and lose his weapon for illegal possession of a weapon.• Donald Robbins must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Debi Blair must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Randall C. Evans must serve 30 days and had his probation extended six months for violation of probation.• Logan Fuqua must serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and had his judicial diversion set aside for violation of probation.
