General Sessions: Trial Court

A 29-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:
• Steven Robbins was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make $772 restitution and perform 25 hours public service work for shoplifting and criminal impersonation. He was warned to stay out of Walmart.
• Christie D. Bouldin was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend the battered program for domestic assault.
• Derek Johnson was directed to serve 40 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court. He was bound to the grand jury on the charge of introduction of drugs in the county jail.
• Arvel Terry was bound to the grand jury on charges of vandalism, aggravated burglary, domestic assault and aggravated domestic assault.
• Huston Anderson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.
• James Newby was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work for domestic assault and resisting arrest.
• Rebecca Ball was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for simple possession.
• Anthony Hartman was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 48 hours public service work for simple possession.
• Kristy G. Mullican was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drugs paraphernalia.
• Chad K. Conner was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
• Amie Knight was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must make restitution for theft.
• Holly Whitworth was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and forgery.
• Corey Smith was given a six-month sentence but released on time served and must perform 25 hours public service work for vandalism and resisting arrest.
• Brittany Lott was bound to the grand jury on the charge of vandalism. She must serve 48 hours and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Rickey Fox must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation. He was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for attempted auto burglary, possession of burglary tools and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Jason Marcum must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Sarah Rust must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
• Liliana Silva must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
• Tiffany Williams must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
