A 27-person docket was heard in General Sessions Trial Court by Judge Bill Locke. Included in the afternoon session:• Marco Martinez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend conflict management for domestic assault and violation of probation.• Thomas Turner was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary, theft and conveying rental property.• Christopher Hillis was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary and theft.• Janice Martin was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and forgery.• Devin Reavis was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and burglary.• Daniel Pendergraph was ordered to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 25 hours public service work, make $377 restitution and must stay out of GNC for shoplifting.• Holly Richardson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of meth.• Kimberly Borror was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Foodland for shoplifting. She also had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Waymon Hobbs was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work for theft.• Richard Anderson was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $150 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.• Sheena Bates must serve five days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Christopher Young must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
