A 28-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:
• Clint Cantrell was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make $200 restitution and undergo a mental health examination for domestic assault.
• William V. Farless was directed to serve 21 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault.
• Donna Arms was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 60 hours public service work for assault.
• Shane McCoy was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 30 hours public service work and stay out of the Dollar Store for shoplifting.
• Mistie Lacerte was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Eulajena R. Fitts was issued a six-month probationary sentence for resisting arrest.
• Kevin Reed was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
• Veronica Velazquez was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for theft.
• Pamela White was fined $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.
• Joshua D. Turner must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Paige Call must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
• Jonathon McCormick must serve 60 days and have his probation extended for six months for violation of probation.
• Trent Mason must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
• Scotty Knowles must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Toby Young must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
