A 28-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court which included the case of a man authorities say tried to intimidate two drug informants.The suspect, Robert L. Garrison, was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of a prohibited weapon and coercion of a witness. His charges come for allegedly placing meth components and a pair of pipe bombs in the back of a truck belonging to witnesses against him in a drug case.In other court action:• Jeffery L. Smith was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $342 and attend batterer’s intervention for stalking.• James Pack II was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.• Brent E. Boyd was bound to the grand jury on the charge of felony theft.• Bryson Price was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $717 and perform 50 hours public service work for theft.• Justin Fults was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,009 and perform 25 hours public service work for fraudulent use of a credit card and theft.• Darrell C. Nash was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $491 and make restitution of $491 for theft.• Angelia McCarver must pay $336 and was granted a judicial diversion for assault.• Luis Cabrerea must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Robert Hill Jr., must serve five days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Miranda J. King must pay $272 for trespassing.• Shawna Mason must serve 60 days and had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Autumn White must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
