A 26-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:• John Lillard Jr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of domestic assault, vandalism and criminal trespass.• Andrew Hutchens was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must stay out of Walmart and perform 25 hours public service work for domestic assault, theft and criminal impersonation.• Bobby L. Campbell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo a mental health assessment for domestic assault.• Carlos Godsey was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and forfeit his weapon for possession of a weapon.• Justin C. Elrod was bound to the grand jury on the charge of resisting arrest.• Forrest F. York was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Christy Gannon was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Nicole Muncey was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 40 hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.• Ivan Mainnor was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jason Sullivan must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• David Galaz must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Jana Grissom must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
