A 16-person docket was heard by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke, including a case where a man allegedly confessed to having relations with an underage girl 29 years his junior.The suspect, Michael Cass, 43, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated statutory rape. He is charged with having sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl. He reportedly confessed to having relations with the girl on several occasions.
