A 65-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Darrell Newby was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• James Reagan was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine, DUI, and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Kelly Willis was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI, shoplifting, and driving without a license. The defendant also had probation revoked.• Wayne Lotu was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.• Jose Macuas, Lucas Majors and David Ghist were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose their driver license for one year for DUI.• Jennifer Pursley was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose her driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Timothy Swoape was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Thomas Childers must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Juan Contreras, Cody Thompson, Alycia Bumpus, Dominique Boyd, Jeremy Wright, Olivia Villareal, Merced Garcia and Miguel Cruces must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
