General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 29-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in court action:• Amanda Renee Henley was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $417 for shoplifting.• Whitney Danyel Brown was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,175 for simple possession of drugs and public intoxication.• Noel Olalde was directed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,409, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Tyshona Y. Beasley was placed on probation for six months and must make restitution for passing a worthless check for $33.• Darrell Ryan Evans was ordered to serve 30 days and had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Morgan Fults must serve 30 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Dalton Holton must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
