A 32-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Bybee Odineal was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend the battered women’s intervention program for domestic assault.• Kenneth Bond was ordered to serve 12 days of a six-month sentence for resisting arrest and violation of probation.• Mary H. Layhew was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.• Kimberly Majors was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, must perform 25 hours public service work, make $22 restitution and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Jacob Satterwhite must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service for consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.• John Blaylock must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Javier Garcia Jr., must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Charles R. Vanatta had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Jonathan Ramos must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Raven McKinley was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Stevie Powers must serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Justin Sparkman had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Jane Webb was ordered to serve 10 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probationClarification• Terry Jones of T.J.’s Custom Cabinets is not the same person facing drug charges.
