A 27-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Stacey E. Rampp and Jacob R. Webster were both granted 11-month, 29-day judicial diversions and must perform 25 hours public service work and make $27 restitution to Walmart for shoplifting. They were also banned from the store.• Trenton McKinley must pay $50 plus costs and perform 32 hours public service work for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.• Andrew R. McElory must pay $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.
