A 22-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Shana L. Fults was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.• Barry D. Coppinger was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend the battered women’s intervention class.• Lillie Silva was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Breanna Garcia was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Cristy Grissom was handed a six-month probationary sentence for passing a worthless check for $10.• Lacy R. Evans must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.• Tina Baine must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Herman Dillard must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by six months and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Monica Tidenburg must serve 20 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Robert Nichols Jr., must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Janice Martin must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Lori Malay had her judicial diversion set aside and must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence.
