General Sessions: Arraignment Court

Probation violators dominated the morning Tuesday in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the cases heard by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke:• Justin B. Gilbert was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work for fraudulent use of a credit card.• Mildred Nicole Smith was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and make $14 restitution for theft and criminal trespass.• Brandon Dean Steakley was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and simple exchange of drugs.• Steven Lee Johnson Gebhardt was directed to serve 12 days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication and failure to appear in court.• Rebecca Mae Bell was directed to serve two days for violation of probation.• Robbie Bates was instructed to serve 90 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Melanie June Brimer must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Duane Cooper Yates must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Kelly M. Campbell must serve two days and have probation extended by three months and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Zarah Fuller was instructed to serve 48 hours and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Keith Johnson must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Jonathan Max Ramos must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
