A 53-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Joshua Bain was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.• Tyler Barnes was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.• Justin Godwin was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.• Kayla R. Blair was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Tracy L. Steele and Ashligh Stiles were both given 11-29 judicial diversions and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Marcus E. Lee was fined $10 plus costs and released on time served for public intoxication.• Twana Martin was placed on probation for six months and must pay $10 plus costs for resisting arrest and public intoxication.• Tyler Moore must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• Jimmy Sain was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution for passing worthless checks and violation of probation.• Candace Miller was issued a six-month probationary sentence for passing a worthless check for $28.• Garrett Duggin must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Steven Goldstein was given 48 hours in jail for violation of probation.• Javier Contreras must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• James Newby must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Toshia Thomas must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Corey Scheidler must serve 10 days for failure to report to jail.
