A 36-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in court action:• Dillon Mullican was directed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.• Jennifer Acosta was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $416 and attend batterer intervention for domestic assault and public intoxication.• Dustin Roberts was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, attend batterer intervention and pay $366 for domestic assault.• Angela Harrison and Crystal Johnson were issued 11-29 probationary sentences and must pay $337 and perform 24 hours public service work for theft.• Preston Myers and Trenton Myers must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• Juan Carrillo and Carlos Perez must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Chad Delair must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• David Flores must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Brittany Fults must serve 10 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Amanda Martin must serve 10 days for failing to pay her fines.• Scott Reed must serve 10 days for violation of probation.• Allison Paine must serve days and then serve 30 days on house arrest for violation of probation. Her probationary period was also extended by a year.• Tamara Pleasant must serve 10 days for contempt of court.
