General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 41-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Callie Howell was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay restitution, perform 25 hours public service work, and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Tosha Henry was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $98 restitution plus a $750 fine, perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for possession of drugs and theft. She was given an additional 10 days to serve for failure to appear in court.• Justin Nunley was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.• Ferenc Fodor was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $400 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Vickie Anderson was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours and must stay out of Always in Bloom for theft.• Selina Burgess was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Jessica Pinegar was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and perform 25 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.• Amanda Lee Cunningham must serve two days for violation of probation.• William Dunlap was directed to serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Brandon Martin must serve 10 days for violation of probation consecutive to other time he owes the state.• Selina McMillen must serve 30 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Samantha White must serve five days for violation of probation.
