General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 26-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:
• Bryan Najera was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must pay $750 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Jessica Wilson was issued an 11-29 probationary and must make $82 restitution, perform 25 hours public service and stay out of Walmart for theft.
• Alexander Bourdon was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Kelly Campbell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and make restitution for theft.
• Michael Campbell was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 15 hours public service work and make $406 restitution for vandalism.
• Rita Brock must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
• Michael Hallum must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
• Genay Keener must serve 10 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
