General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 26-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Bryan Najera was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must pay $750 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Jessica Wilson was issued an 11-29 probationary and must make $82 restitution, perform 25 hours public service and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Alexander Bourdon was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Kelly Campbell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and make restitution for theft.• Michael Campbell was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 15 hours public service work and make $406 restitution for vandalism.• Rita Brock must serve 10 days for violation of probation.• Michael Hallum must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Genay Keener must serve 10 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
