A 41-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Justin Foster Wilson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $392 and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for evading arrest and underage consumption of alcohol.• Nathan Carl Hale was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, make $62 restitution and perform 25 hours public service work for shoplifting.• Deanna Rodrermel was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 45 hours public service work and make restitution for shoplifting.• Amanda Jones was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must continue mental health treatment and undergo anger management for domestic assault. • January Parker was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, ordered to perform 16 hours public service work and undergo anger management for domestic assault.• Eliud Martinez Amaya was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violation of probation.• Sergio Garcia Alvarez was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• Allison W. Blair must serve the balance of her sentence, plus 10 days, for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.• Daryl Coffee must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Jonathon K. Curtis must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Ferenc Fodor must serve five days for violation of probation.• Bobby Sanders must serve five days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Crystal Grijalva must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.ClarificationTina Conley, wife of Herbert Conley, is not the Tina Conley charged with violation of probation.
