A 29-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in arraignment court.Included in the morning session:• Justin Hill was ordered to serve six months for evading arrest. His sentence will be served in addition to time he owes for violation of probation.• Shawn Gibson must serve five days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.• Keller Ayla was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served for domestic assault.• Charles M. Walker Jr. was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend anger management and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for domestic assault.• Ricky Brown was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $450 restitution and perform 25 hours public service work for vandalism.• Joanie Davis must serve four days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Adam Cable had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Chadwick Killian must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Indra Myers had her probation extended by six months and must perform 50 hours public service work for violation of probation.• Lucas Stoops must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.Clarification:• Thomas Argo who worked at Powermatic and made country furniture is not the person warned to stay out of Walmart.
