A 24-person docket was heard this week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court during what was the court’s only meeting of the week due to Christmas.Included in court action:• Angela Howell was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $900 plus costs for simple possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.• Brandy Keen was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, make $39 restitution and perform 24 hours public service work for shoplifting and failure to appear in court. She must also serve the balance of a former sentence for violation of probation.• Joseph Burch was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Wallace Nelson was instructed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• Michael Argo and Lauren Burns must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Toby Crawford must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• Dillon Mullican was ordered to serve two days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
