A 63-person docket was heard last week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. There was no Thursday session due to Thanksgiving. Included in court action:
• Natasha Jenkins was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for theft. She was given another 30 days to serve for violation of probation.
• Johnny Stephens was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for theft.
• Carl W. Surles III was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, and perform 16 hours public service work for theft.
• Tammy Webb was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
• James Webb was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
• Larry Hale was ordered to serve 16 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of drugs.
• Koleby Myers was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs.
• Jeffery Meeks and Karen Meeks were issued 11-29 probationary sentences and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• John Curtis was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault. He had his probation revoked for a prior crime and must serve the balance of that sentence in jail in addition to his probation.
• Carmen Rivera was handed an 11-29 sentence and must make $48 restitution for passing two worthless checks.
• Michael M. Schauman was released on time served and must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Omar Ramirez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Robert Seymore must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Harley Smith was instructed to serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
• Phillip Mangrum must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Michael Campbell was instructed to serve 60 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Ayla Keller must serve seven days and have her probation extended by one year for violation of probation. She must wear a GPS ankle bracelet for 60 days while on probation.
• Terrice McCoy must serve two days and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
• Amanda Shaffer must serve 90 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
• Charles Skinner must serve two days for violation of probation.
• Bradley Robertson was directed to serve 20 days and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
