A 32-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in court action:• Darrell Newby was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.• Amanda Simmons was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend anger management and perform 16 hours public service work for assault.• Dillon Mullican was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• Kevin Fralix was instructed to serve seven days and pay $10 plus costs for failure to appear in court.• Newton Hampton was directed to serve 35 days, pay $10 plus costs and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Julia Bouldin must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Eugenio Mendoza must serve two days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Sheri M. White must pay $20 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.• Charles Skinner was directed to serve two days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• Allen W. Sims must serve five days and have his probation extended by six months for violation probation.• Pamela Schultz had her probation extended by six months and must perform 24 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Thomas C. Young must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Sabrina Robinson must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
