A 51-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Juan Martinez was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend anger management classes for domestic assault.• Robert Nichols was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $150 plus costs and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Scarlett Lawrence must serve six months concurrently, or at the same time, with another sentence she is serving for criminal impersonation and violation of probation.• Michelle Goodwin was issued a six-month probationary sentence for passing a worthless check for $158.• Charles Anderson must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Kelsie Douglas was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia and consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.• John Capshaw, Jacob Reagan, Noah Medley, Michael Mitchell and Mark Panter were fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• John Cline was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Devin Bouldin must serve two days for failure to appear in court.• William K. Melson must serve two days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Jess Pease Jr., was ordered to serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Charles White had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Clarifications• Ginger Moore, who teaches at Bobby Ray, is not the Ginger Moore on the docket for simple possession of marijuana.• Ronnie McBride of McBride Window Cleaning is not the Ronnie McBride on the court docket.• Treva Martin of Can Cut Salon, who lives on Laws Road, is not the Treva Martin on the docket.
