A 63-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Terrence Moore was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana and criminal trespassing.• Gary Melton was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• William Crabtree was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Ryan Armstrong was directed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.• Matthew Whitten was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and perform 24 hours public service work for theft.• John Dodson was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana and schedule-two drugs.• Josh Cantrell was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must attend batterer intervention for domestic assault.• Pamela Lorance was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Franklin Sanders Jr., must pay $50 plus costs for criminal trespass.• Jared Mason was directed to serve seven days and pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.• Erin Heather was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and perform 25 hours public service work for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.• Addison Farr and Dillon Napier must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• Ashlee Duvall must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of alcohol.• Charles Grissom, Austin Wright, Micah McColloch and Shalexus Holmes must pay $50 plus costs for possession of alcohol.• John Lowe must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jamie Prater must serve two days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Lindsey Cagle must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• Leonard Coldwell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• William K. Jackson must serve 30 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and his probation was extended by another year for violation of probation.• John A. Helms must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Selena McMillen must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.• James Smith had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
