A 47-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in court action:• Garrett Duggin was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $366 and attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault and public intoxication.• Courtney Abraham was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.• Ricky Manier was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $262 for criminal impersonation. He must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• Christopher Bowden must serve 30 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Antonio Luis Valdez was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $386 and must attend anger management for domestic assault.• Kirby Broom was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $1,707 and perform 25 hours public service work for simple possession of drugs.• Charles Wilcher was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Jarvis Trapp must serve seven days and pay $267 for public intoxication.• Julie Moore Studdard must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• David Speake was directed to serve four days of a six-month sentence, pay $668 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and failure to appear in court.• Keith Polson must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Henry Sanders must serve two days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
