A 49-person arraignment docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in the morning session:• Terry Perry was ordered to serve an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Edward Fults must serve six months and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Ryan Kinslow was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, must perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for theft.• Blake Rouse was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for theft.• Lindsay Snider was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Jonathan Thatch was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Chad Russell was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for passing worthless checks and violation of probation.• Nayeli A. Ortiz was given a six-month sentence but released on time served and must pay court costs for criminal impersonation.• Selina N. McMillen was given a six-month sentence but released on time served and must perform 24 hours public service work for resisting arrest.• Kyle Besaw, Daniel Phillip and Euva John must pay $50 plus costs for consumption of alcohol in a state park.• Laura-Lyn Talbott must serve 48 hours for violating her judicial diversion.• Daniel McGuire must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Leonel Garcia was ordered to serve 90 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Andre D. Clark must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.
