A 40-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Charles Anderson Jr., was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $381, perform 25 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for theft and violation of probation.• Christopher Cripps was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $680 and make $268 restitution for theft, violation of probation and failure to appear in court.• Kendrick Burton was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $366 for assault and violation of probation.• Terry Brian McCormick was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $2,081 and lose his driver license for two years for theft over $1,000 and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Christopher Lee Markey was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Kent Howard Wheatley was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $1,107 and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Dallas Trent Myers was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $337 restitution and perform 25 hours public service work for shoplifting.• Mitchell Barrett was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $286 and undergo anger management for assault.• Roger Beasley was ordered to serve 10 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Christopher Wheatley must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Leonard Coldwell must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Elton Sanders must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
