Included in afternoon action:• Raymond Farless was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $937 for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Christopher Cripps was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $366 and attend anger management for domestic assault. His time will be served in addition to time he owes the state on other charges in Circuit Court.• Nathan A. Forsyth was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.• Cody Sweeney was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $612 for assault.• Donald Tanner was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.• Denise Hosse was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and pay $417 for shoplifting.• Karen Roberts was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $337 and perform 24 hours public service work for theft.• Michael B. Redmon was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $352 for disorderly conduct.• Crystal Ann King must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Justin Hicks must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Sarah R.
