A 28-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Robbie Ward was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make restitution, perform 25 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. The crime led to a violation of probation, a term which will be served on top of the shoplifting time.• Michael Thurmond was directed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence, make restitution, perform 25 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Rita Brock was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must make restitution, perform 25 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft.• Connie Prince was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend anger management for domestic assault.• Joanie C. Davis and John Tapley Jr., must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Roger Fults must pay $150 plus costs and forfeit his hunting license for one year for hunting big game during closed season.• Daniel Jefferson must pay $150 plus costs and forfeit his weapon and his hunting license for illegal taking of wildlife and hunting big game during a closed season.• Herman Dillard must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• John Fisher must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.• Ebiseldo Jimenez must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.• Dillon Mooneyham had his judicial diversion set aside and must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and go for an alcohol and drug assessment for violation of probation.• Laura Talbott was given six months in jail for violation of probation.
