A limited docket was heard Tuesday in General Sessions arraignment court by special judge Larry Ross.Judge Bart Stanley and Judge Bill Locke did not hold court early in the week because they were out of town for a judicial conference.Ross heard 14 cases Tuesday in what was a brief docket. Seven of those cases were continued to a later date, while two were dismissed. Two were handled by an agreed order.In action taken by Ross on Tuesday:• Jacob L. Hill was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and 16 hours public service work for shoplifting.
