A 21-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Shane McCoy was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must make $50 restitution to the victim for theft.• Kevin Lemley was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for shoplifting and possession of marijuana but must serve the balance of his former sentence for violating his probation.• Travis R. Hale was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make $400 restitution for criminal trespass and violation of probation.• James R. Jones was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $900 plus costs for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Michael Willard was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and undergo anger management for domestic assault.• Mary Bendyna was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• John Burks was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of a handgun by a felon.• Gerald Crouch was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of drugs.• Roger Hollis was bound to the grand jury on the charge of simple possession.• John Ashmore III was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make $200 restitution for vandalism.• Andrew C. Stewart was bound to the grand jury on the charge of contributing to the delinquency minor.• Jeffrey Stephens was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 20 hours public service work for purchasing alcohol for an underage person and violation of probation.
