A 57-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Natalia Boyd was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,365, lose her driver license for two years and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for second-offense DUI.• John Ashmore III was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $354 for second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.• Eric Cunningham was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $354 for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Kevin Carr and Kevin Barnes were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $1,115, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose their driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Kristie McBryde was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $1,855 and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Heather Newby was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $434 for driving without a license.• Brandon Knowles was directed to serve two days and pay $314 for driving without a license.• William Richards must pay $329 for driving without a license and speeding.• Robert Harris and Kenneth Reed must pay $204 for driving without a license, seatbelt or insurance.• Jacques Elam must pay $164 for driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.• Lori Moore must pay $164 for driving without a license or insurance.• Raymond Aldridge, Mary Taylor, Timothy Mercer, Kyrie Harris, Misty Haston and William Fisher must pay $154 for driving without a license.• Alyssa Cartwright must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
