The future of two vacant lots in downtown McMinnville may now be in the hands of a new city board. According to city records, no bids were received by Friday’s 2 p.m. deadline.McMinnville officials were attempting to auction off the lots known as King’s Department Store and Locke’s Department Store on Main Street. Respectively, the minimum bids were set at $24,000 and $22,000.
