Free banana splits will be available this Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. as the Southern Standard holds its traditional summer kickoff with Banana Day.The celebration is a way to say thank you to our customers and will take place at our office at 105 College Street. In addition to frosty banana splits, two lucky winners will receive cold cash. A first-place winner will be given a $100 cash door prize.
