Fox sentenced to 105 days for running red light and slamming into vehicle

A drunk driver who ran a red light and slammed into another vehicle has been sentenced to 105 days in jail.The drunk driver, Rickey Christopher Fox, 27, entered guilty pleas before General Sessions Judge Larry Ross on charges of second-offense DUI and reckless endangerment. He was ordered to serve 60 days on the endangerment charge and 40 days on the drunk driving count. He will have to pay $1,615 plus restitution and will lose his driver license for two years.His plea bargain comes after he ran a red light in June and hit another vehicle in its side door.
