McMinnville officials were reprimanded Tuesday night by former alderman Rickey Jones, who accused them of not representing the best interests of city residents.“I’ve got some concerns,” Jones said while addressing the board. “I’m here representing myself and my neighborhood. I have three main points I would like to make.”Jones contends city officials pledged to lower property taxes if the city won its lawsuit against the county for a greater portion of the local option sales tax.
