Families in Crisis was the recipient of the first local donation from the US Bank Corporation Foundation. A donation of $1,000 was made Monday at US Bank on Chancery Street.“This is the first donation from the foundation we have made from this branch,” said US Bank branch manager Brentt Crouch. “We are happy to help Families in Crisis.”Families in Crisis executive director Terrie Kirby says the organization is always on the lookout for grants such as this one.“When it comes to organizations like ours, you always have to keep an eye out for grants,” she said.
