Eastside Elementary School has been participating in a pilot program giving all students a free breakfast every morning. The program has been ongoing since the beginning of school in August.Eastside cafeteria manager Donhua Cantrell said, “We have been offering free breakfast to every student in the school since school started. Also, for three weeks, we held a contest encouraging everyone to participate in the free breakfast program.
