Drunken drive under tractor trailer lands Bollenbeck in jail for five days

A woman who ran underneath a tractor trailer while driving drunk was ordered to serve five days in jail.The woman, Tammi Marie Bollenbeck, 28, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to charges of DUI and reckless endangerment with a vehicle. She was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $400 plus costs, and perform 40 hours public service work.She was charged after her vehicle ran a stop sign and ended up hitting a tractor trailer at the intersection of Donnell and Chancery streets.In other traffic cases heard by Judge Stanley in Circuit Court:• Jack Chisam was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose his driver license for second-offense DUI.• Lacey Jane Tucker was ordered to serve 150 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Evelyn Rawson was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.• Patricia Ann Linder must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Robert W. Taylor Jr., was released on 50 days time served and was placed on an 11-29 probationary sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license. He must also pay $50 plus costs.
