“It’s A Dr. Seuss Christmas” will be the theme for the 2011 Christmas Parade in downtown McMinnville. Entries will be accepted until Nov. 18.“We wanted to do something different with this year’s parade,” McMinnville Public Works director Bill Brock said of the Dr. Seuss selection. “We wanted it to be fun and something the children would enjoy.”This year’s parade will be held Dec. 3 at 2:30 p.m. Parade line-up will begin at the Civic Center at noon.
