If so, you may soon be shelling out more money for home improvements such as adding a new hot water heater.Members of the county’s Policy and Personnel Committee are looking to establish fees for mechanical and plumbing permits.The committee voted 5-0 to charge $75 for permits for both residential and commercial new construction beginning April 1.
