Milling work has started on N. Chancery Street, while problems on Morford Street make it still a work in progress. Updates on the projects were given to city officials recently.The process of milling will flatten out N. Chancery Street and its many bumps and is a prelude to paving.“Work will be done primarily at night,” said McMinnville Public Works director Bill Brock. “After milling, asphalt will begin.”A few weeks back, a section of pavement on N. Chancery Street at the intersection beside Walmart caved in when an old sewer line collapsed.
