If McMinnville Planning Commission members do not change the current code, approximately 40 property owners will be notified they are in violation of city code.Planning and Zoning manager Josh Baker has asked Planning Commission members what they want to do about the situation. They could change the code to make some of the carports legal, or they could send out letters to the property owners informing them their carport must be moved.
