McMinnville officials have had a scheduling problem that will require their regular meeting night to be pushed from this Tuesday to Thursday.“The chairman of our Finance Committee will be out of town,” said city administrator David Rutherford, in explaining why the change was necessary. “We have changed the board and committee meetings from Tuesday evening to Thursday evening.”The move threatens to push back the original time set for passing the city’s 2012-13 fiscal year budget.The Finance Committee will be reviewing all departmental budgets, a 19-cent property tax decrease, and funding requests from nonprofit organizations. The Finance Committee meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the board meeting following at 7 p.m.
