Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to violators ranging from burglars to probation violators. Included in court sentencing:
• Alexas Tori Leeann Officer was directed to serve 150 days of a six-year sentence, make $1,754 restitution plus court costs for aggravated burglary and theft.
• Mark Tidenburg was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for simple assault.
• Chase Gannaway was ordered to serve 150 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple assault and violating an order of protection.
• Candy Redmon was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must make $145 restitution for criminal trespass.
• Christopher Tyler Young must pay $50 plus costs for criminal trespass.
• Casey Paul Fults was instructed to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status and second-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Richie Shawn Cummings was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend batterers intervention for domestic assault and driving without a license.
• James Matthew Morris was directed to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Gregory D. Davis was instructed to serve 20 days for driving without a license.
• Danice C. Knox must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Brandi Turner Delong must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Shandania Maxwell Demumbreum must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Brian James Cooke must serve 45 days for violating his probation for grand theft.
• Casey France must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
