Sentences were handed by down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several who failed to make good on second chances in his court. Included in probation violators:
• Ronnie Dale Minton was ordered to serve 100 days and have his probation extended by two years for violating his judicial diversion for promoting the manufacture of meth.
• Phillip Holden Mooneyham must serve 90 days for violating his probation for aggravated animal cruelty.
• David Shannon Bain must serve 60 days for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Dustin McArther Bonner must serve 120 days for violating his probation for felony theft and burglary.
• Ricky Joe Brown must serve 60 days for violating his probation for felony theft and promoting the manufacture of meth.
• Roy Anthony Haley was instructed to serve 30 days for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Justin Lee Hill Jr., was ordered to serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of marijuana.
• Debra Lynn Merritt must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation for felony theft and criminal trespass.
• James A. Webb must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for delivery of marijuana.
• Misty Dawn Newby must serve 60 days and have her probation extended by one year for violating her probation for driving on a revoked license.
• Jennifer Lynn Poole had her probation extended by a year for violating her probation for being an accessory after the fact.
