Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley. Included in court action:• Melodie Rose Stusse was directed to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of meth with intent to sell or deliver.• Phillip Holden Mooneyham was ordered to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for obtaining drugs by fraud.• Jason Dean Milburn was ordered to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence, pay $75 plus costs, and perform 25 hours public service work for theft and fraudulently obtaining drugs.• Jonathan Tyrone Scott was given a three-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth and fourth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Theresa Ann Carpenter was ordered to serve 100 days of a three-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for manufacture of meth.• Jeffery Murphy was instructed to serve eight days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend anger management and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for domestic assault.• Brent Edward Boyd was directed to serve four years and must make $1,000 restitution for grand theft.• Shanna Mae Bogle was ordered to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of methamphetamine.• Joshua Wayne Goff was given an 11-29 sentence to be served at 75 percent and must pay $150 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Scottie Nathan Coppinger must pay $50 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for driving without a license.• Daniel Marlow must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
